Traffic Manager develops and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Selects appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Being a Traffic Manager analyzes, handles, and reviews loss and damage claims caused by accidents. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. SCOPE OF WORK:
Project Manager is responsible for reviewing plans, specifications and developing submittal documents after a project has been awarded. Primary responsibility is managing the project from start through close out insuring it is completed within budget and contract time. The individual is also responsible for relaying information to the jobsite Superintendent, man power, communicating with the Owner and/or the Prime Contractor, ordering of material, processing of billing. The individual must have a strong understanding of electrical to effectively assist the Superintendent in building the project.
