• Minimum of 12 years' experience, including 5 years' experience locally

• PA and/or NJ PE license required; PTOE certification preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Traffic/Transportation Engineering

• Staff management and leadership experience

• Project management experience

• Experience preparing multi-modal transportation analysis and studies in the region for the Philadelphia Streets Department, PennDOT, SEPTA, and other local agencies

• Experience leading and preparing proposals for private and public sector clients

• Experience with traffic analysis software including Synchro/SimTraffic and VISSIM

• Demonstrated ability to bring creativity and efficiency to problem solving

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Business development and client management experience

Sam Schwartz is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $146,600- $215,900 annually for this position and local market.
