POSITION TITLE:   Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst

MISSION

Responsible for accurate processing and timely payment of vendor invoices.

1. OUTCOME: Perform primary Accounts Payable functions.

• Process weekly invoice volume, up to 200 per week.
• Proficient at processing transactions in multiple ERPs. D365, PRMS, T1.
• Maintain vendor account records.
• Monthly account reconciliations. AP subledger, Rec Goods Not Invoiced, Intercompany Transfer.

2. OUTCOME:  Process weekly Accounts Payable disbursements

• Process weekly Payment Journals (Check, ACH, Wire, Credit Cards).
• Update vendors payment methods.

3. OUTCOME: Support Accounts Payable and Finance Department

• Distribute weekly on hold reports, by COB every Monday.
• Contribute to department continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with annual audit requests.
• Ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

STRENGTHS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in high volume ERP environment and experience with AP reconciliations.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Experience using multiple ERP systems
• Experience with “3 way match” principal
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic and desire to succeed
• Interpersonal skills
