Traffic Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the traffic operations function of an organization. Responsible for all aspects of routing, shipping, logging, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders. Being a Traffic Clerk contacts transporters for freight pick-up and ensures that cargo is routed appropriately. Communicates changes to routing and timelines. Additionally, Traffic Clerk prepares and processes bills of lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Traffic Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are currently seeking Shop Support - General Laborers to join our team at our shop in Avon, MA. Our Shop Support workers unload and load supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, prepare orders for jobs, assist with pickups and deliveries, and perform various functions for the company in both the warehouse and yard. If you enjoy working outdoors and have prior construction industry experience, we encourage you to apply. Those who have experience in other industries such as warehouse or landscaping are also encouraged to apply!
The starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Candidates with prior industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher rate.

What You'll Do:
- Lifts, carries, loads, and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood and hardware, etc.
- Prepares, cleans, and sweeps work areas and maintains a neat, orderly, work environment
- Pull orders for devices to be delivered to construction projects
- Make sure trucks are loaded with proper equipment for set tasks
- Loads and unloads trucks manually and with forklifts
- Organizing warehouse and shelves assisting with product inventory
- Accurate use of power tools to cut, drill, and perform shop-related tasks
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are always adhered to
- Perform repair of equipment and other work-related duties as assigned
What We Need from You:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Dependable and reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Comfortable working in a warehouse-type environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotate day and evening shifts
