We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Clerk. The Traffic Clerk will focus on analyzing and providing data to support logistics operations across the company  

General Overview of What You'll be Doing: 

• Work with our sales team regarding project and consolidated orders
• Coordinate shipments, attachment/piece items, and resolve Carrier Issues
• Assist with Order Control duties, review credits issued trends and issue monthly reports.
• Review and approve finalized carrier freight bills.
• Enter picking tickets into the system to complete manual billing or orders.
• Work with Shipping to help manage Service Level via report and open order analysis
• Research and classify product to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S.
• Maintain tariff classification and NAFTA database for imported and exported merchandise.
• Complete Order Entry Correction Request, Print Orders, and Ship in a timely manner
• Assist with Export Documents, Freight Quotes and Freight Claims as needed

What We're Looking For: 

• HS diploma or GED
• Previous Traffic and/or Order Management Experience
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multi-task/projects
• Excellent math and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
