As a Traffic Controller/ Flagger, you will be our front line for safety. Our priority is keeping ourselves, employees, motorists, and the work zones safe.

PSG trains and certifies all of our Traffic Controllers/ Flaggers!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Setting up safe work areas with proper equipment (Stands, Signs, Cones).
• Providing and keeping up with safety protocols for our team members and customers.
• Controlling the traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicating back and forth with your partner/fellow crew members in order to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently past the work zones.
• Working outside (In all types of weather).
• Continuously gaining the experience for advancement opportunities with PSG.

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Being a Team Player.
• Must be Reliable.
• Great Communicator.
• Must be able to work outside (in all types of weather).
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license AND also reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
