- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
