Position Description
The Research Associate, Standards and Best Practices will support ILPAs profile as a private markets industry thought leader, convener, and collaborator through a range of dynamic responsibilities. In this role, the individual is responsible for supporting and contributing towards a portfolio of initiatives related to industry best practices, standards and advocacy efforts that enhance alignment of interest, governance, and transparency between General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs). This role will also assist with evolving ILPAs suite of reporting templates and questionnaires focused on key quantitative and qualitative data needed by LPs. The Research Associate, Standards and Best Practices will work in close collaboration with colleagues based in London, UK, Toronto, CN and Washington, DC, USA. The role will also engage with ILPA members, various committees, and a wide range of industry participants and policymakers.
