This position is set in a hybrid working environment with assigned in-office and remote days that may be adjusted due to workload requirements.
The Accounting Analysis provides financial and accounting expertise to Department and programmatic management, the General Accounting Office (GAO), the Auditor General’s Office (AGO), and concerning federal and state reports, the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), State of Arizona Accounting Manual (SAAM) policies and procedures, Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements, Monthly Financial Review (MFR) reporting, actual expenditures and revenues, risk mitigation, and identified opportunities for continuous improvement.
