Our Shared Services Team, accompany and enable others within the EssilorLuxottica collective to achieve their targets. This role will collaborate with Sr. HRBP to help support the execution of EssilorLuxottica HR programs & initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, & employee relations. This role will bring fresh thinking to the team, support the development behind strategies, & stay focused on supporting the team & delivering meaningful results.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
