- Good understanding of engineering
- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations and reporting
- Manage and supervise the accounting team

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or similar role

- Familiarity with GAAP principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and management abilities
