Trade Show Manager manages the execution and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions to achieve business objectives. Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details. Being a Trade Show Manager approves the design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays. Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget. Additionally, Trade Show Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Trade Show Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Trade Show Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.   • Summary:
    Toddy, LLC is looking for an experienced Trade Show & Events Manager that is responsible for developing and executing a trade show strategy that aligns with Toddy’s business objectives and drives brand awareness. This position will collaborate on strategy and own the planning and execution of tradeshows and events. The Trade Shows and Events Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer advocacy & education. This position is also responsible for defining and executing program analytics, tracking, and communication plans, as well as overall budget planning and management. This position will be on-site at the Loveland, CO headquarters, travel is required, including international travel, up to 40%.

    Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Manages the marketing, planning, coordination, and communication of trade show and event operations
    • Partners with the marketing and sales teams to create a strategic roadmap of market segmentation, internal participation, and operational execution
    • Partners with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop communication, promotion, and customer development plans for each specific trade show or event
    • Tracks metrics including leads, pipeline prospects, and customer engagement to measure effectiveness and ROI
    • Establishes relationships with industry associations and events/trade shows teams
    • Coordinates most travel arrangements for participating attendees, including travel, hotel, meals, entertainment, etc.
    • Drive continuous improvement and propose fresh ideas to drive the most impact in our program initiatives and events
    • Set up trade show booths, demonstrate products, answer questions, brew samples and disassemble booth at the end of the show
    • Trains our team members on-site
    • Leads projects and teams
    • Work with specific show vendor portals to register booth staff and procure ice, water, electricity, and booth accessories, such as trash and carpet padding
    • Liaise directly with our vendors on many trade show components globally
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Toddy, LLC positively to customers, competitors, suppliers, colleagues, and team members
    • Ability to travel up to 40%
    Must be:
    • Detail oriented, organized, strong project management and budget management skills
    • Proven ability to manage projects independently, drive projects to completion, and implement change
    • Experience leading projects and teams
    • Communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with external teams, internal teams, and leaders
    • Proactive attitude and an ability to work to deadlines while handling multiple projects.
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

    Physical Demands: This job requires some physical demands and are essential functions of this job. Examples include but are not limited to: standing, walking, lifting/moving objects up to 25 pounds, vision acuity etc., particularly when on-site at an event.

    Must have:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or relevant major, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
    Compensation:
    • Base salary range: $58,000-$65,000
    • Paid Time Off and paid holidays
