Cape Canaveral custom souvenir sales company looking for a sales associate. This person will work with clients and our in house art personnel to create custom souvenir products. Our clients cover a wide spectrum of retail establishments located at theme parks; zoos; museums, national parks, destination resorts and visitor attractions throughout the United States.
Duties include direct customer contact via phone and email; conducting product reviews via video teleconference; receiving, verifying and processing customer orders; coordinating art creation and product production; and making timely follow ups with customer.
· Candidate should possess strong computer skills and be considered tech savvy.
· Present themselves well via telephone, email, and video conference.
· Have strong written and oral communication skills.
· Be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
· Print background and art knowledge a plus. Must accurately present customer art requests to in house art personnel.
Full time position M-F 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Will consider a remote candidate for some job duties
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission
