POSITION PURPOSE: The Show Technician is responsible for the daily setup, maintenance, tear-down, and general operation of all technical aspects necessary to facilitate the Strasburg Rail Road’s shows and events. This role plays an integral part in making sure that each performance is audio-amplified and lit to the correct specifications as set by the Head of Entertainment. The Show Technician is responsible for operating and performing maintenance of technical equipment for the Entertainment Department. This is not a supervisory role.
