Trade Show Director develops and directs the overall strategic planning, budget, and execution of trade shows and exhibitions. Collaborates with stakeholders, sales, and marketing to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables, and timelines of a show. Being a Trade Show Director devises innovative solutions to enhance the impact of an event. Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance. Additionally, Trade Show Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     The primary purpose of this position is to process customer claims against food service programs in an efficient and accurate manner.
    The Analyst is responsible for tracking, executing, and compliance of contractual agreements. This role will support existing and new client accounts.
    Resolving open claim issues by performing inbound and outbound communications to ensure that the research and resolution to matters including but not limited to, pending claims, duplicate claim entry, and deduction items, as well as perform verification duties on an as needed basis are performed within TELUS and the client's established contract guidelines and SLA’s.
    This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to effectively prioritize multiple job duties.



    Here’s how:

    • Audit and analysis of complex distributor and operator claims
    • Data entry for the processing of claims
    • Ensure claims are processed timely and in accordance with client’s agreement
    • Assist in the training of personnel on complex/technical tasks
    • Proactively recognize customer patterns and practices
    • Establish and foster effective relationships with clients

    What you bring to this role

    • Minimum 2-year college and related experience or equivalent combination of both.
    • Financial background, banking degree would be a plus
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong communication skills and business acumen; written and verbal
    • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and used to working under pressure
    • Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and motivated to learn new systems
    • Accountability, team orientation, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
    • Analytical and quantitative aptitude.
    • Excellent thinking and judgment skills.
    • Must maintain professionalism in dealing with others.

    The US base salary range for this position is: $45k - $56k USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
