The Listing Supervisor at Rio Grande Trade plays a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering teamwork within the listing department.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is accountable for motivating and guiding the listing team to achieve or exceed weekly goals while improving operational processes and the overall quality of the listings produced. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to team members.
To be successful in this position you will need a strong attention to detail; willingness to evaluate, motivate and encourage your team members; and willingness to jump in occasionally and do some heavy lifting with for your team.
