VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Contract Manager for either an onsite or hybrid role. Our offices are located in Devens, MA and Newburyport, MA.
Job Purpose
As VulcanForm’s Trade Compliance and Contracts Manager, you will work with various teams across the company to provide strategic guidance on our trade compliance program as well as on our contracts and document management. This is a unique role that combines your expertise in export / export laws and regulations with expanded responsibilities in contracts administration. You will report to our General Counsel and work cross functionally with our commercial and engineering teams and others across the company to strategize operational solutions to enable continued compliance in a rapidly changing environment.
