Primary Responsibilities

• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning CE classes and lunch-and-learns
• Identify revenue, collection, and activity goals
• Develop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan
• Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and developing staff
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate sales and marketing staff

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with professional sales or marketing associations a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
