Requirement Title: Quality Specialist - Validation

Location: AZ - Glendale - Factory
Contract: 12 months

Description: JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Specialist – Validation is responsible for critical aspects of food safety. During the start-up of the Glendale site, producing Coffee Mate liquid creamer, the Validation Specialist will have a unique opportunity to develop and maintain validation plans for all new equipment and factory sanitation programs. This position reports to the Factory Hygienist and partners will all departments of the manufacturing facility to ensure every bottle that goes out the door meets all Nestlé specifications and is of the highest quality our consumers expect.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Assist with developing and implementing the cleaning validation plans for the factory
• Assist with developing and implementing the allergen validation plan
• Analyze CIP data and lead improvement plans
• Champion sustainability through reducing water and chemical usage
• Develop sanitation standards
• Train all relevant departments on sanitation standards
• Support hygienic zoning plan
• Support pest control
• Support the CIP Champion

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required - Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Two years’ experience in the food, dairy, pharmacy, or beverage industry preferred
• Aseptic experience preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.88 - $32.00 per hour
