- Strong knowledge of QMSs, including understanding industry requirements/expectations of a QMS MS office suite
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Schedule, participate and lead in cross functional Quality forums aimed at understanding Quality Processes in detail.
- Document meeting minutes and ensure completion of action items.
- Create, update, review, and rote quality documentation in the document management system.
- Collate metrics and report as applicable.
- Translate concepts into actions.
- May initiate, collaborate with, and lead cross functional teams for problem solving and planning.
- Escalate project details, highlights, obstacles and opportunities to leadership.
- May support other activities within the Corporate QMS team.
