Full time position is available to lead the Agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement process. This position collaborates with a Data Analyst to collect and analyze data at both a micro and macro level and works with the program leadership team to establish and monitor performance goals and corrective action plans. This position is responsible to lead the agency’s annual self-assessment which uses the ARC Informed Trauma Focused Organizational Assessment to examine fidelity to the ARC framework. This position leads accreditation, regulatory and licensing site visits, oversees the development of policies and procedures and assists in facilitating a variety of training for staff. Requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; licensed or license eligible with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience implementing CQI processes, program evaluations, and reporting.
