    What you would do:

    • Provide a remarkable customer experience
    • Answer inbound calls, set sales appointments, set annual maintenance or customer warranty service appointment, and follow up with customers on a variety of issues/occasions
    • Preform outbound calls, mail postcards, and send emails regarding estimates, maintenance, and other customer-related issues
    • Ensure all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure
    • Perform administrative functions to support all departments as needed
