    The Senior Quality Management Specialist reviews, evaluates, and assesses program service delivery in a collaborative manner with a goal toward continuous quality improvement of services; reviews and evaluates documentation compliance with agency, state, federal, and other laws, and regulations; performs other specialized analytical duties as assigned.

    This recruitment is being conducted to fill one full-time vacancy.  The list established by this recruitment may be used to fill future full-time, part-time, limited term, and extra help vacancies for up to one year. 

    Position Requirements:

    Experience:  Two (2) years of full-time experience performing duties comparable to a Social Worker II, Alcohol & Drug Counselor II, Registry & Training Specialist, Public Health Nurse, or Mental Health Counselor in Napa County, or a similar position.

    Education:  A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, or a closely related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required full-time experience.
     
    License or Certificate*:  Possession of a valid California driver's license.

    *Any license, certification, or registration required for this position shall be maintained (i.e., active and in good standing) at all times during employment with Napa County.   For continued employment with Napa County, you must maintain such license, certification, or registration to meet the minimum qualifications of this position.

    Only the most qualified candidates from the interview process will be placed on the eligibility list and may be considered to fill positions for up to one year.
