Position Overview: The Quality Support Specialist supports the Quality and Title III teams to foster an enhanced culture of quality at Greater Lynn Senior Services.
Position Responsibilities: Work with Title III and Quality Director to coordinate and support agency QI Committee and sub-committees to ensure programs are in line with Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) expectations, NCQA standards and agency-wide initiatives and goals. Assists in the preparation, distribution, and collection of various surveys and works with others to analyze the results. Perform data cleanup, data analysis and data visualization. Assist in data collection and reporting for various department projects. You will represent and support the Quality department in committee meetings through scheduling, taking minutes, and collaboration with the team to write reports and perform analyses.
Qualifications:
Hours Part Time, 25 hours per week
