• implementing a strategy to motivate staff and provide corporate benefits in Serbia
• evaluating their effectiveness and improving C&B programs, designing an optimal system of incentives and benefits for the location
• establishing benchmarks, tracking trends and changes in legislation in the area of C&B for the location
• participating in the selection of suppliers for the provision of benefits, including analyzing the location's requirements and assessing their fulfillment in collaboration with the procurement department
• optimizing and automating compensation and benefits management
• conducting regular performance assessments and collecting feedback from employees on the benefits provided in the company by location
• internal and external communication in the field of C&B

• at least 2 years of experience in the field of C&B or experience working with contractors and suppliers
• knowledge of the specifics of the HR market in Serbia
• ability to analyze large volumes of information and manage changes
• fluency in Serbian, English, and Russian
