Position:

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel, including guest services, room sales, marketing, and financial. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have previous hotel management experience, and be flexible to work in a fast paced environment.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the hotel.

• Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees.
• Responsible for employee relations and employee engagement.
• Responsible for staff recruitment and retention.
• Responsible for staff training and development.
• Responsible for staff scheduling and labor management.
• Responsible for staff scheduling and labor scheduling.
• Responsible for staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained in accordance with Quality Inn and Suites policies.
• Ensure that all hotel rooms are maintained, cleaned, staffed, and priced in accordance with hotel best practices.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to company policy and procedures including but not limited to COVID-19 protocol.
• Ensure that all guest services are met to all client requirements including but not limited to room requests, response time, cleanliness, etc…
• Ensure that all guest needs are met as outlined by state and federal regulations regarding safety and security issues including but not limited to requesting access to Hotel’s emergency contact number(HVNQ), reporting suspicious activity, etc…
• Ensure that all required hotel forms are completed including but not limited to Guest relations form, Safety & Security form, etc…

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year hotel management experience required.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of extended hours (8 hour shifts)
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary (3 nights in a row)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
