Total Quality Manager manages the implementation, administration and measurement of total quality management programs, including Six Sigma initiatives. Leads teams to provide training, tools, and logistical assistance for quality initiatives. Being a Total Quality Manager oversees development of new testing tools, and measurement methods and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Total Quality Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Total Quality Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Total Quality Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary:

    We're looking for a Manager of Total Rewards who will collaborate directly with our Director of Global Human Resources to shape and oversee a comprehensive rewards strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring our compensation and benefits not only attract top talent but also foster employee growth, satisfaction, and a healthy work-life balance. You'll have a hand in everything from performance incentives to equity programs, making a tangible impact on our company culture and our team's well-being.

    What your impact will be:

    • Research and develop a global compensation structure.
    • Lead EDB's global compensation initiatives through the annual job market pricing activities, cash and equity budgeting models, the focal cycle, manager training materials and communications, the bonus program, fair pay, pay transparency, and all Workday compensation program builds (in partnership with our HRIS team).
    • Analyze market salary data to maintain competitive compensation packages. Review and update salary structures regularly, and administer job evaluations and classifications. Ensure all compensation practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, and work closely with HR and finance teams to address compensation issues.
    • Administer health and welfare plans for employees, coordinating with insurance brokers and carriers. Manage retirement plans, such as 401(k) and pension schemes, and assist employees with any benefits-related inquiries and issues.
    • Design and implement incentive programs that are performance-based, ensuring they align with business goals and comply with company policies and legal standards. Analyze performance metrics to precisely identify incentive payouts in collaboration with department heads.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports company objectives and promotes employee growth. Evaluate and improve current rewards programs, ensuring they align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Collaborate with senior management on reward priorities and budgets, and stay informed on industry trends to maintain best practices.

    What you will bring:

    • 5 years in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management
    • Track record of building and rolling out global job leveling/banding
    • Management of global performance review process
    • Proficiency in compensation analysis software
    • Experience with benefits administration platforms
    • Knowledge of retirement plan management, including 401(k) and pension schemes
    • Ability to design and implement performance-based incentive programs
    • Knowledge of equity program structures and administration
    • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics for incentive payouts
    • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as they relate to rewards programs
    • Proven experience in managing comprehensive benefits programs
    • History of maintaining compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations
