Total Quality Manager manages the implementation, administration and measurement of total quality management programs, including Six Sigma initiatives. Leads teams to provide training, tools, and logistical assistance for quality initiatives. Being a Total Quality Manager oversees development of new testing tools, and measurement methods and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Total Quality Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Total Quality Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Total Quality Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Ideal Candidate Profile
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years in management in security, law enforcement, or military.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Aviation industry and security regulations.
    • Excellent judgment, integrity, and a high level of motivation.
    • Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and client relationship skills.
    • Required: AAAE Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation for Security.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise security operations and manage security officers and supervisors.
    • Ensure high-quality security services.
    • Develop and maintain client and employee relationships.
    • Manage client sites to meet financial and operational goals.
    • Deliver quality customer service.
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Maintain compliance with reporting and contractual requirements.
    • Manage escalated security issues and emergencies.
    • Support recruitment and staff development.
    • Communicate policies and updates effectively.
    • Manage resources and equipment efficiently.
    • Proactively meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
