Role Overview: Aviation Project Manager
As the Aviation Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing leadership to officer personnel through coaching and skill development.
- Managing financial aspects including payroll, billing, and training.
- Acting as the primary contact for customer relations.
- Collaborating with all customer organization levels for continuous improvement.
- Setting an example in staff motivation and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Duties of the Aviation Project Manager
- Oversee daily operations including staff hiring, training, and management.
- Ensure compliance with Title 49 CFR. Part 1542 Regulations.
- Achieve financial and operational targets and ensure quality customer service.
- Maintain weekly schedules and payroll for security personnel.
- Provide emergency response outside of regular hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years in management in security, law enforcement, or military.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aviation industry and security regulations.
- Excellent judgment, integrity, and a high level of motivation.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Required: AAAE Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation for Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security operations and manage security officers and supervisors.
- Ensure high-quality security services.
- Develop and maintain client and employee relationships.
- Manage client sites to meet financial and operational goals.
- Deliver quality customer service.

- Support recruitment and staff development.
