Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivables/collections
- Manage day-to-day operations, including fleet management, PO dispatching, contract management, PPE, etc.
-Assists in creating and generating reports
- Manage third party contractual agreements
- Submit and document proposals
- Vendor package/management
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers and residents with inquires or concerns
-Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and residents
- General office tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QuickBooks
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Skill in effectively communicating verbally and in writing with the general public, vendors/suppliers and employees
- Proficient in the use of a computer for data entry, word processing and accounting purposes.
