Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages 4 employees and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience with running operations of a site, preferably in healthcare or related patient care services field.
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.
Detail oriented with effective communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
Strong EQ skills ability to manage both doctor and employee relations.
Direct patient care experience required, optician license or optical experience preferred.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or two years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements

Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one workstation to another.
