    The focus of the Operations Manager is primarily on operations, where a key component is to ensure projects are completed on time and profitable.     Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Sprinkler projects
    • Define and clarify project scope, including costs and timelines. Conduct cost analysis and time analysis to prepare an estimated budget. Responsible for the project accuracy, on-time, billed and within the scope of the contract.
    • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of each project within responsibility.
    • Actively pursues selling change orders.
    • Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes.
    • Coordinates monthly backlog reviews and new business pipeline monitoring and reporting.
    • Manages new business proposal activities to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
    • Maintains Safety Program, including tracking of required trainings and certifications and enhancing current safety program.
    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
