We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven leader for the position of Clinic Manager. In this role, you will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. Your responsibilities will include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should be organized, able to work independently, and possess solid management and computer skills. A minimum of BSN and 12 months of dialysis management experience, or 5 years in dialysis with 12 months of management experience, is required. You must also hold a current RN state license.
The ideal candidate will have an Associates or better in Nursing and 3 to 5 years of experience. Strong nurse manager experience will also be considered. Possessing BLS certification and a state license in California is required.
This is a weekend position with the specific hours per week to be determined.
