Total Quality Management Senior Manager develops and implements an organization's total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives. Leads cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products and services are of the highest quality. POSITION SUMMARY

The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Manager or Senior Community Manager and takes an active role in working with the Community Manager to provide superior customer service to both existing and prospective residents through leasing vacant apartments and maintaining high resident retention through their daily interactions with both internal and external customers.
