Reporting to the Director of Quality, the RN Manager Quality Improvement works closely with nursing leadership teams to develop and evaluate system-wide quality improvement projects. The RN Manager Quality Improvement will develop and monitor patient safety programs, manage event reporting, prepare data and presentations for various committees, and regulatory communications with the VP of Nursing and Chief Medical Officer.
