Advanced Program Management:
· Design, advise, implement, and oversee comprehensive project plans for complex engineering projects.
· Obtain direction from and report/status progress and activities to government management officials
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
· Implement state-of-the-art project tracking and reporting systems for real-time progress monitoring.
Sophisticated Production Engineering:
· Lead the optimization of production planning and processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Spearhead innovative manufacturing techniques and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
· Develop and enforce rigorous production standards to ensure product quality and reliability.
· Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality personnel to align production processes and data artifacts with new product developments.
Expertise in Quality Engineering:
· Establish and manage a comprehensive quality control and assurance framework.
· Utilize advanced statistical techniques for quality data analysis and process control.
· Conduct detailed failure analysis and lead corrective action initiatives for continuous improvement.
· Train and mentor staff in quality standards and best practices.
Technical Competence:
· Proficient in Configuration Management (CM) with a deep understanding of its principles and practices.
· Experience or knowledge in radar technology and systems, with opportunities for specialized training.
· Mastery in conducting root cause analysis with a proven track record in solving complex technical problems.

· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
· Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.

· Extensive experience in managing prototype build shops and hands-on experience in prototyping.

· Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, when project deadlines demand.
· Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including long-term assignments of up to six months.
