• Collaborate with medical staff, physicians, and other departments to enhance patient care processes, address barriers, and optimize clinical pathways.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, utilization data, and quality metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements related to case management and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Registered Nurse license 
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in case management within a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and utilization management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
