Leidos has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support our National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Cyber Security Center (CSC) contract.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a valuable part in supporting the NCSC's mission to integrate quality program wide protecting NOAA networks, computers, programs and data from cyber-attack damage and unauthorized access. Quality functions independently through the Mission Assurance organization to define, implement, and maintain an independent Quality Assurance role and a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns to ISO 9001:2015 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) best practices and its performance standards. Quality will also support investigations, propose, and assist in implementing improvements in process efficiencies and infrastructure modernization through technology and cloud services.
The QA Engineer will ensure all performance standards, measures, and contract deliverables are in conformance with the contract and Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Leidos standard methodologies, industry standards and best practices, the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP). As opportunities to improve process and performance present themselves, the QA Engineer will facilitate any root cause analysis to fully understand current issues and then guide the team to improvement to ensure effective implementation is achieved.
