Total Quality Analyst assists with the administration of the organization's total quality programs and processes. Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     JOB SUMMARY:
     
    Provide massage therapy services for clients of Total Health and public persons entering facility with the intention of receiving massage therapy services.  Provide safe, appropriate and effective massage techniques.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of massage
    • Licensure for Massage Therapy through the State of Oklahoma
    • Pass score on the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) or grandfathered in through the State of Oklahoma
    • Recommended CPR certification from the American Heart Association
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Able to list, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or >100 lbs.) for most of the shift
    • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally
    • Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping
    • Adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule
