Pay Package:

• Weekly Pay Range: $1607-$2607/week
• Multiple shift openings

Job Description/Responsibilities:

You would be directly accountable for the care given to your patients.

• RN
• Hospice Palliative Care RN
• Administer care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Implement patient treatment plans as directed by provider
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and treatment plan
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide information and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

• Current and valid medical state license/certifications.
• Minimum of one year professional experience in similar medical setting
• Familiarity with relevant medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
