The Quality Systems Analyst I, guided by the Quality Systems Leaderships Team, brings excitement to IEHP’s Medical services through advanced analytics and reporting. They use cutting-edge tools like Tableau and SAS, designing impactful reports and analyses. With a commitment to LEAN principles, they manage projects, interpret data trends, and collaborate across departments to frame business scenarios. Qualifications

Education & Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience and working knowledge of large datasets, creating queries, and developing reports for end users.

Key Qualifications

• Well-versed in relational database structures and database design.
• Working knowledge of ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS/NDC coding, strongly desired.
• Proficient in use of analytical tools such as:  MS Access, SAS, Tableau or MS Excel is essential.
• Will accept extensive knowledge of ArcGIS in lieu of SAS and MS Access.
• Ability to understand query design and data interpretation.

Work Model Location

The work model for this position is hybrid. Monday and Friday telecommute, and Tuesday-Thursday onsite. Onsite attendance required as needed.
