Total Quality Analyst assists with the administration of the organization's total quality programs and processes. Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Position Overview: We are pursuing a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities: This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below, but are not limited to the following:

    • Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
    • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests according to established procedures
    • Identify and document any defects, discrepancies, or deviations from specifications.
    • Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Maintain records and documentation for the Quality Management System.
    • Coordinate or perform calibration for on-site inspection tooling.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures
    • Assist in any other projects or tasks as assigned
    • Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
    • 3 years proven experience in quality control or inspection roles within a manufacturing environment
    • Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
    • Strong understanding of blue print reading and GD&T.
    • Strong plate inspection skills using quality measurement tools, equipment, and testing methods
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and discrepancies
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • General understanding of ISO 9001:2015 is required.
    • CMM programming a plus, but not required.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) are a plus
    • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles, 5S and Six Sigma methodologies is ideal
