Total Quality Analyst assists with the administration of the organization's total quality programs and processes. Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Monitors incoming program checklists from customers and trade partners. Adheres to review deadlines, conducts thorough document review, and effectively communicates with senders to obtain complete and accurate documentation. Works closely with modeler and field operation staff to ensure seamless processes occur. Tracks trade partner certifications and provides timely updates to management.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Monitors and reviews incoming documents (new and revised) for accuracy and completion
    • Create and send out Jurisdiction letters per city or county requirements
    • Sends incomplete/incorrect documents back to HVAC Contractors for review/correction
    • Communicates with HVAC Contractors and Builders by phone and email
    • Verify data submitted by the field consultant are complete and accurate
    • Tracks trade partner credentials and their expiration dates to ensure all HVAC Contractors remain in compliance with program requirements
    • Runs reporting and analysis for the leadership team pertaining to program checklists
    • Assists the File Processing team as needed
    • Assists the Code Deliverables team as needed
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned


    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
    • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative solutions
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Accurate, yet meets deadlines and established daily performance goals
    • Ability to work independently and with others
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Must type 45 to 50 wpm
    • Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
    • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens and get clarification


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • A minimum experience of 1-year with data entry and customer service preferred
