JOB SUMMARY:
Monitors incoming program checklists from customers and trade partners. Adheres to review deadlines, conducts thorough document review, and effectively communicates with senders to obtain complete and accurate documentation. Works closely with modeler and field operation staff to ensure seamless processes occur. Tracks trade partner certifications and provides timely updates to management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitors and reviews incoming documents (new and revised) for accuracy and completion
- Create and send out Jurisdiction letters per city or county requirements
- Sends incomplete/incorrect documents back to HVAC Contractors for review/correction
- Communicates with HVAC Contractors and Builders by phone and email
- Verify data submitted by the field consultant are complete and accurate
- Tracks trade partner credentials and their expiration dates to ensure all HVAC Contractors remain in compliance with program requirements
- Runs reporting and analysis for the leadership team pertaining to program checklists
- Assists the File Processing team as needed
- Assists the Code Deliverables team as needed
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A minimum experience of 1-year with data entry and customer service preferred
