• Current CPR Certification
• Current First Aid Certification
• Physical within 1 Year
• TB test within 1 Year or chest x-ray within the past 5 years

1 year of related work experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training

A valid Driver’s License or State ID

Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

No prior Criminal Record

High School diploma/GED

Medication Administration Training Certificate (not having med certification does not prevent you from applying)

Job Type: Part-time (35 Hours)
