Total Quality Analyst assists with the administration of the organization's total quality programs and processes. Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Reporting directly to the VP of Quality, the Quality Analyst will provide technical support and assist in the areas of data management, statistical analysis, data collection, and reporting.

    Essential Functions:
    • Performs a variety of technical and administrative activities related to the establishment of quality standards, processes and measures.
    • Works with quality control and training personnel to identify training opportunities, promote continuous quality improvement, and develop appropriate procedures.

    • Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.

    Requirements
    Position Qualifications:

    Education:
    o Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems or elated field required

    Other Experience:
    o Minimum of one year experience directly related to job functions is preferred
