Quality restaurant group owns and operates over 300 quick service restaurants with over 8,000 employees across multiple states. We are currently searching for a Payroll Administrator to join or corporate office in Greensboro, NC.

We are currently searching for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our team at our restaurant support center in Greensboro, NC. The purpose of this role is to perform a variety of administrative Human Resource functions as well as ensure that the time file preparations are completed in a timely manner for payroll upload. Other tasks include engagement, stay and exit interviews, leave of absence administration. Must be able to develop positive relationships with all employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with Managers and Operations to achieve positive results.
• Maintain accurate information throughout the HRIS system.
• Assist in engagement surveys, stay and exit interviews.
• Assist in retention and incentive programs and company service award program.
• Leave of Absence administration such as: sick leave, leave of absence, FMLA, USERRA, etc.
• Data reporting as required by operations or management.
• Assists with payroll processing including researching discrepancies in payroll information.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

• Restaurant/service industry experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a human resources position.
• Associate degree in Business or related field or a minimum of 3 years equivalent experience.
