Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as 2 to 4 years of related experience in payroll analysis. QuickBooks experience is also required.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of company payroll

 Analyze and maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.

Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Conduct regular audits of payroll to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate employee data is reflected in payroll system.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
