GENERAL PURPOSEAs a premier provider of trust services, we are seeking a Trust Operations Specialist to become an integral member of our Qualified Retirement Plans team in our Lisle, Illinois office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform client requests by providing recordkeeping and execution of daily Trust Operations transactions.
- Process all account activity (i.e., transactions, deposits, distributions, wires, etc.) by their established deadlines.
- Register assets and retitle securities.
- Open and/or close accounts in their entirety.
- Assist in proper coding, research and coordinating accurate tax processes.
- Participate in Tasks and Projects.
- Oversee client and internal documents scanning and filing.
- Perform quality control checks with daily tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:- High School Degree or Equivalent.
- Experience in trust or employee benefit plan operations a plus.
