Directs the analysis and review of investment options and sets investment policy and guidelines for the purchase and sale of securities. Being a Top Trust Executive ensures applicable tax reporting and returns are properly prepared and are in compliance with all regulations. May also provide guidance on legal matters to preserve and protect the organization and trusts. Additionally, Top Trust Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. You will play a vital role in our mission by providing essential support to our CEO and the senior leadership team contributing to the success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative activities, event coordination, community relations support, and as assortment of unpredictable but essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as managing emails, handling phone calls, and presentation materials.
Schedule Wrangling: Manage ever-changing calendars for senior executives, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Project Management Support: Provide support to leadership team members managing special key initiatives.
Ready for Anything: Be ready to jump in and assist in various tasks and projects across the organization as needed.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership ranging from assisting with internal/external events to employee engagement activities.
This position is on-site for at least four days per week.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to actively listen and communicate effectively.
Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems and anticipate needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
Experience with project management tools like Sharepoint or Monday.com.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
