Job Summary:
Trust Women is a non-profit organization providing reproductive care in Wichita, Kansas. Trust Women is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator Assistant to join our team at Trust Women. As an Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other team members
· Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and organizing inventory
· Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
· Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
· Assist with data entry and record-keeping
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Additionally:
· Provide backup and assistance to the Foundation’s staff with front office reception and phone coverage.
· Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
· Operate with discretion regarding day to day activities
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy
