Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Spring Hills Livingston is a newly build, luxury assisted living community in Livingston, NJ with a grand opening in April 2023! Ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in hospitality and sales with a focus on excellent customer service.

    Essential Functions:

    • Assists with community operations.

    • Oversees operations of entire community in the absence of the Executive Director.

    • Participates in initial Executive Director Training & ongoing Continuous Executive Director Training.

    • Oversees associate committee.

    • Assists in identifying and correcting challenged department practices.

    • Initiates practices and implements tools and resources to increases associate satisfaction.

    • Actively participates in the sales process; leads at least one sales meeting per week.

    • Completes monthly quality assurance report.

    • Participates in monthly financial and program report calls.

    • Participates in annual budget process.

    • Utilizes company software/systems effectively and appropriately.

    • Assists in internal investigations and disciplinary meetings.

    • Demonstrates working knowledge of state regulations and keeps current with changing regulations.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Non-Essential Functions:

    • Participates in the Manager on Duty program.

    • Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.

    • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.

    • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

    • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Experience and Education
    : A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
